The above system development charges and residential base rates are for a standard residential service. The base amounts for water shall be multiplied by the meter flow factor as stipulated below: The base amounts for sewer shall be multiplied by the number of Equivalent Residential Units assigned to each customer by the PUD."

Note:

§ Connection fees for a meter service larger than five-eighths 5/8" x 3/4" (a standard service) will include the connection fee, plus the actual cost of materials and installation.

§ The System Development Charge is determined by multiplying the standard charge by the meter equivalency (MEs) factor.

(*) Service Development Charges are being adjusted for annual construction inflation estimates from the date of adoption to the present, as an interim step while engineering plans for future sewer facilities are under refinement. Once finalized, the DSCs will be recalculated to reflect adopted capital improvement programs.
