Using the PUD Meeting Room

As a community service, the PUD offers the use of its meeting room for events from baby showers to election candidate nights. Cost is $50 per event. To reserve the room, contact Eva. You can call her at 509-773-7610 or toll-free at 800-548-8357.

The meeting room seats 160 and has a full kitchen, including a coffeepot for public use. It is offered on a first come, first serve basis under the following conditions:

  • If food is being served, a $50 cleaning deposit is required. (This will be returned on the next business day if the room is left in a clean and orderly condition.)
  • No dancing, pets or alcohol are permitted.
  • The room will not be used for any commercial purpose, including fundraising.
  • Someone agrees to be responsible for locking the room after the event and leaves the room key on the kitchen counter.
