Klickitat PUD is hiring a full-time apprentice line clearance tree trimmer.

This position will be reporting to the White Salmon PUD Warehouse approximately 8 months per year, and to the Goldendale PUD Warehouse approximately 4 months per year.

Responsibilities include maintaining right-of-way and customer service drops, as well as line clearances in accordance with specifications. Applicants must demonstrate the ability to work safely in a team environment and have the ability to perform heavy manual labor in all weather conditions.

Qualifications include: Apprentice line clearance tree trimmer acceptable to the WISHA and OSHA requirements, valid WA class A commercial driver’s license with endorsements for air brakes and hazardous materials, current flagging card, first aid card, fork lift card, and herbicide applicator’s license.
