Planned Power Outages:
KPUD currently has planned outages that may impact your electric service.
The times stated for these planned outages are based on the best information we have available ahead of time, so please be aware that the power could come back on at any time without prior notice. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you in advance for your cooperation. We understand there is never a perfect time for the power to be out, but by performing these routine outages with some advance planning, our system can be better prepared to handle weather extremes and other variables at times when you count on electricity most. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to call 1-509-773-5891 or 1-800-548-8358 and ask for the Operations Department.
- White Salmon, Snowden, Pucker Huddle
This outage will start on Friday, August 6th, 2010 11:00 PM until 7:00 AM on Saturday, August 7th, 2010.
The main reason for this outage is that Klickitat PUD will be performing maintenance on our lines and upgrading the current system.
This outage affects customers in White Salmon and the surrounding areas of Snowden and Pucker Huddle.
( Outage notices were mailed to the billing address of each affected customer on July 30th, 2010. )
